All Orders will be shipped within 7 to 10 days. Special Orders and Custom Bedding ship 4 to 6 weeks after ordering. These items are custom made and take time, so please be patient.

Bear Essentials Interiors offers the following Returns Policy:

You may return all undamaged items purchased at Bear Essentials Interiors within 14 days of the original delivery. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, a restocking fee of 20 percent may be added. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
