Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Normal shipping time is 7 to 10 days, Custom Bedding, Special Orders may take 4 to 6 weeks depending on the type of the order. Q: Can I place my order by phone instead of through the store? A: Absolutely! Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. There have been times when shipping has been charged at a higher rate than the actual cost, and when this happens you will be refunded the difference.
